1. What type of products does Keynod specialize in?
Keynod specializes in high-quality tech accessories and gadgets. We offer innovative and convenient solutions for charging devices on the go and capturing stunning aerial footage.
2. What is Keynod's return policy?
Keynod has a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How do I start a return?

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail.
5. Does Keynod offer exchanges?
Yes, we only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@keynod.net or call us at +13213803931.
6. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
7. How will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
8. What should I do if I haven't received my refund?
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
9. What is Keynod's shipping policy?
To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We are not responsible for incorrect information. If a package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. Keynod does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be delivered and does not issue refunds for such cases.
Our Maximum Handling Time is 1-3 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY). We provide Economy Shipping with an estimated delivery of 3 to 7 Business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) in regular seasons. Shipping is free.
10. What is Keynod's order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM every business day (GMT-5) Central Daylight Time. If an order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed on the next business day.
